İndoles Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Aduardo") uses cookies and browser storage on its website and in its application. This policy explains which ones we use, why, and how you can manage them. The data controller is İndoles Yazılım Anonim Şirketi; address: Kara Hasan Sokak No: 7A, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Türkiye; contact: destek@aduardomind.com.

1. What a cookie is

Cookies are small text files placed in your browser when you visit a site. They are used to remember preferences, keep a session going and improve your experience. The browser's local storage (localStorage) can be used for the same purposes; this policy covers both.

2. What we use

Name / kindWherePurposeDurationPermission needed
refresh_tokenCookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict)Renewing the session7 daysNo, strictly necessary
Access token (token) and sign-out reason (aduardo:session-end-reason)localStorageSession management; telling your other tabs that you signed out (the sign-out reason holds no personal data)The token is valid for 24 hours and removed on sign-out; the sign-out reason stays after sign-outNo, strictly necessary
brand-storagelocalStorageSelected brand; a summary of the brands you can access (brand name, logo address, brand DNA (industry included), the brand owner's user number, your role in the brand, subscription and plan details, trial-eligibility status); your answers in the brand brief (contact details excluded; product categories, competitors and target markets included)Removed when you sign outNo, strictly necessary
themelocalStorageLight or dark theme preferenceUntil you delete itNo, strictly necessary
aduardo_langCookie (SameSite=Lax)Language preference (Turkish/English)1 yearNo, strictly necessary
Draft and preference keyslocalStorageDrafts: brand brief draft, Hokus Pokus drafts and the settings of the last run, Studio autosave and projects, edits to Studio documents not yet sent to the server, the name you type on a public calendar link; drafts can hold content you typed. Preferences: table columns and views, panel states, Studio favourites, presets and the tabs you hid, tips and notices you closed, the campaign bar you closed on the Packages page, when you cleared notificationsThe brand brief draft and the Studio autosave are removed on sign-out (if the session ends on its own, the same person's draft is kept). Closing the campaign bar holds for 30 days; then the bar shows again. The others (including Studio projects and unsent document edits) are not removed on sign-out; they stay until you delete themNo, strictly necessary
Tab keyssessionStorageThe page to return to after sign-in, an account-switch notice, a reload guard, notice cards you closed, the return from connecting an account, the IDs and choices in the checkout step, the Studio document's tab IDRemoved when the tab closesNo, strictly necessary
aduardo_cookie_consent_v3localStorageStores your cookie choice: version (3), time of the decision, the state of the two categories (necessary, analytics) and, if your refusal has not reached your account yet, a mark saying soUntil you delete itNo, strictly necessary
PostHog (product analytics)localStorage and sessionStorage (no cookies)Page-view and page-leave events; events named in the app (for example sign-up steps, first brand and first content, scheduling and publishing content, the checkout step, an error message shown to you); if you are signed in, your user number and whether you have finished setting up your account (identification). Automatic click capture is offThe identity is reset when you withdraw permission; otherwise until you delete itYes; if you do not give permission it is not started

PostHog's main library is loaded from our own site; unless you give permission, neither it nor PostHog's add-on modules are started and nothing is sent. PostHog session recording (screen recording) is off.

Error monitoring (Sentry) is needed to run the Service and rests on legitimate interest; it does not depend on permission. Only your user ID is sent to Sentry, not your e-mail address. Sentry's session recording at the time of an error (Session Replay) runs only if you have given analytics permission. In that recording all text is masked and images and videos are blocked; it is taken in only about 10% of sessions in which an error occurs. While this recording runs, a recording-session key is kept in tab storage (sessionStorage).

The interface fonts (Lexend, Plus Jakarta Sans) and the fonts you choose for your brand are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser's IP address goes to Google when they load. For Google sign-in, Google's sign-in library is loaded from accounts.google.com on every page; your browser's IP address goes to Google at that point; Google's own cookie policy applies to the sign-in button.

3. Two categories; no marketing or advertising cookies

The cookie notice offers only two categories: Necessary (always on) and Analytics (PostHog; off until you give permission). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies or trackers; the notice has no such category. We use no third-party advertising-network software (SDK).

4. Third-party pages

The authorisation pages that open when you connect a Meta, Google, LinkedIn or Pinterest account are those platforms' pages; the platform's own cookie policy applies there.

5. Managing your choices

  • Cookie notice: shown until you decide. The analytics box is not pre-ticked. Closing the notice with X the first time it appears means declining analytics; closing a notice you reopened later with X only closes it and does not change your earlier choice. Choices saved under older versions (v1, v2) are not valid; the notice asks you again.
  • Changing later: the "Çerez tercihleri" (Cookie preferences) link in the footer of the public site reopens the notice; the same link is also in the footer of the legal pages. Signed-in users can also change it under Settings → Legal & Privacy (Ayarlar → Yasal & Gizlilik).
  • If you have an account: once you sign in, your analytics choice is tied to your account and applies across devices.
  • Browser settings: Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data; Safari: from your browser's privacy / cookie settings; Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Note: if you disable strictly necessary cookies or storage, you may not be able to sign in and the platform may not work properly.

6. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies and storage are used without seeking explicit consent because they are technically required to provide the Service. Analytics rests on your explicit consent (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Electronic Communications Law No. 5809).

7. Changes

The current policy is on this page. In the event of a material change the cookie notice is shown again.
